Directions: John Lyon Sports Centre is a 10 minute walk from South Harrow Underground Station. Turn right out of the station and walk straight, along the main Road. Continue past Waitrose until you reach the main set of traffic lights, where the road forks. Cross over Roxeth Hill and instead take Middle Road. The John Lyon Sports Centre and car park is on the left hand side of the road, just past the public house. Walk into the car park then diagonally to the right and down the staircase. The entrance is on the right.

Directions: Swiss Cottage Leisure Centre is a 1 minute walk from Swiss Cottage station. Take exit 1 and turn left. The centre is on the left hand side, diagonally through the park. The entrance is signposted reception and library. Please explain to the reception staff that you are there for karate, for them to let you through the turnstyles. Take the stairs up to the next floor, where you will find studio 2.

Directions: The O2 Centre is a 1 minute walk from Finchley Road Underground station. Turn left out of the station, then left again into the O2 Centre. Turn left at the top of the main escalator on the second floor. Enter the corridor, signposted Management Suite and continue walking around to the left (past the conveniences and creche), where you will find the Venue O2 Community Hall.
N.B. Changing facilities are limited.
Harrow School Sports Centre,
Wednesdays 7-8pm

Directions: Harrow School Sports Centre is a 10 minute walk from Harrow-on-the-Hill Underground station. Take the rear exit and walk straight towards the main road. Cross at the pedestrian crossing and turn left. Follow the main road up to the next set of traffic lights and turn right onto London Road. When you reach the traffic island, turn left into Garlands Lane. This will take you down a steep incline to the sports car park. Turn right at the bottom of the hill. The sports centre is on the right hand side.
